The ultra-stylish, compact design of the white/anthracite MUM52120GB mixer looks great in any kitchen — and boasts extra power and clever design to make the job quicker, easier and better.
The improved, 700W motor now has the power to mix heavy pasta and bread doughs with ease — but is geared for optimum speed for cream, egg whites or biscuit doughs too, with four drive speeds and a pulse setting.
And thanks to Bosch’s dynamic new “MultiMotion Drive”, mixing in the big, 3.9 litre stainless steel bowl is more thorough than ever before.
A clever gear system of gears sweeps the specially-designed beaters in three directions as it mixes, ensuring every scrap of the ingredients is mixed in and the bowl wall is left clean. No other mixer can offer such thorough mixing.
“This was one of the things customers always remarked on: that mixers often left a lot of mixture on the bowl walls that had to be manually scraped-in,” explained Bosch consumer products sales director, Ian Nicholson.
“Our engineers decided to find a solution and came up with a clever redesign of the beaters, bowl and gearing so every bit of the mixture was folded in and the resulting mix beautifully consistent: no lumps!”
To go with the new head, an EasyArmLift system allows the swivel arm to move up or down, making tool changes and adjustments to the blender easy to achieve — and bowl removal simplicity itself.
The ultra-powerful, ultra-versatile MUM52120GB comes with a blender unit and nine other attachments for mixing, beating, stirring, grating, whisking, shredding and slicing. There’s an ample 1.25 litre liquidiser and both it and the main bowl have a see-through lid.
But the MUM52120GB, (RRP £249.99) comes with even more: there’s an accessory bag to keep mixing and disc tools together, an interactive recipe DVD to put the mixer through its paces, a wide range of optional accessories, safety features such overload protection and a safety shut-off, a cable compartment for neatness and suction feet for steady working. All the accessories are dishwater safe.
