Baumatic Appliances launch Quattro, tall, dark and oh so stylish

Just in time for stocking up on fresh and frozen groceries ahead of the festive season Baumatic has launched Quattro, an American-style fridge freezer with a mega 408 litres gross capacity.

With home entertaining on the increase the 4 door Quattro offers ample space internally with multiple compartments to ensure a wide variety of foodstuffs can be stored at their optimum temperature to guarantee the lifetime of the produce.

Open the top two doors wide to reveal a whopping 260 gross capacity fridge, complete with four safety glass shelves, two salad crispers, two bottle racks, an egg rack, two butter and cheese compartments and four general racks. All of this is temperature controlled via the adjustable thermostat, while the automatic fridge defrost feature makes light work of keeping the appliance in tip-top condition.

The bottom half of the Quattro is reserved for the freezer, which is home to six freezer drawers that are transparent enabling the contents to be viewed without needing to pull out the drawer itself and thereby helping to maintain a constant temperature. With a four star rating the freezer has a gross capacity of 148 litres and also features a handy Twist ice maker.

The Quattro may pack a punch in terms of its size but this doesn’t mean it costs a fortune to run, as its A rating for energy efficiency means its effect on the environment and on household utility bills is kept to a minimum.

Measuring an impressive 1800mm x 790mm x 636mm the Quattro fridge freezer is quiet in operation at just 39 decibels making it more than suitable for an open plan environment. Clad in black mirror glass, the Quattro echoes the latest trends in kitchen design and ensuring that it will make a striking style statement in any setting.
