Italian appliance manufacturer Barazza adds the 40cm 1PLB2IDN and 90cm 1PLB3IDN to its popular Lab Series

Barazza, the premium Italian kitchen appliance manufacturer, have introduced two induction hobs to their popular Lab series, the 40cm 1PLB2IDN and 90cm 1PLB3IDN.

The distinctive design of Lab gas hobs allows a flush or built-in installation and the induction hobs are no exception.  The two new hobs follow the ergonomic design ethic of their gas counterparts with the distinctive stainless steel frame sitting perfectly flush with the stylish black glass of the hob itself, easing movement of pans onto and across the cooking surface. Discreet touch controls continue the theme meaning there is no interruption of the clean lines by control knobs.

1PLB2IDN has two induction zones totalling 3.7kW of maximum absorbed power, with the larger 90cm 1PLB3IDN having three induction zones totalling 6kW of maximum absorbed power.  Alongside the residual heat indicators, safety switch-off and LED hotplate activation, 1PLB2IDN also includes a timer for precise management of cooking times and an electronic child safety lock, preventing anyone from accidently activating the hob or changing settings.
