Leaning away from the wall at the top edge to ensure an effective extraction rate while barely intruding into the kitchen, the ZA800 range and F105 are ideal for minimal kitchens (and tall cooks!).
ZA800BL
The ZA800 80cm extractor comes in two easy-clean styles: the ZA800BL (£795) features black glass horizontal sections at the top and bottom of the fascia, flanking a stainless steel central area; the ZA800SS (£785) has stainless steel top and bottom strips with black glass side sections.
ZA800SS
Both models boast a host of features including: 3-speed soft touch controls, superior extraction capacity of 680 m3/hr or exceptional 800m3/hr on boost, washable aluminium grease filters and halogen lights.
Available in 60cm or 90cm widths, the F105 Mertz cooker hood has a simple black glass and stainless steel frame-in-frame design. It features a convenient heat sensor for automatic functioning and the LED touch controls include 5,10 and 15 minute timer.
F105
Four extraction speeds are offered, with a 600m3/hr capacity and quiet 45-60dB noise level. Also incorporated are LED lights and washable stainless steel grease filters. Prices: F105/60, £665; F105/90 £809.
All models can be installed for recirculating or external ducting as required and, as with all Mertz appliances, they are European-made and carry a 3-year parts and labour warranty.
