New viking refrigerated drawers for easy access, extra capacity cold storage

Now available from Viking UK are new Professional undercounter built-in refrigerated pull-outs that fit any 61cm space. The two-drawer units provide the convenience of extra cold storage in the food preparation area for vegetables, salads, desserts and drinks.

“As more foods and beverages require cold storage, consumers like the easy access and extra capacity of refrigerated pull-outs to replace larder units,” says Mark Bristow of Viking UK. “Refrigerated drawers also give the retailer increased flexibility when it comes to kitchen planning.”

With 161 litres capacity, the drawers have automatic defrost. The touch-pad control for temperature adjustment between 0 and 7 deg. C and the LED digital temperature read-out are concealed behind the drawer fascia for a streamlined look.
