The De Dietrich DOS1045X compact 45cm multifunction oven with pyroclean and steam functions

De Dietrich has launched the new DOS1045X; a highly advanced and truly versatile ‘A’ rated 36 litre 45cm oven which is a new addition to the De Dietrich Compact 45 collection. As a single appliance it incorporates the features of a highly specified self-cleaning multifunction oven together with three steam functions. Benefits include 11 oven functions in Expert mode and 15 pre-programmed recipes using its Cooking Guide option.

Soft Touch and Touch Controls with Full Colour Digital Display:

The oven features soft touch controls for use as a multifunction oven with full touch controls to enable the Cooking Guide option and to open the water receptacle for steaming. A full colour digital display illustrates each oven function, when in use.

Expert Mode:

This oven has eleven oven functions using the Expert Mode which include: Fan cooking; Combined Heat (pizza setting); Conventional ECO; Turbo-grill and rotisserie cooking; Full width variable grill; Economy grill; Keep warm and Defrost together with:

Bread:

Using the De Dietrich Bread option, this oven function both proves and then cooks dough automatically using a single setting, generating perfect results with minimum effort

Steam:

The powerful 1.2 kW generator discharges steam from behind the cavity using three separate settings: Conventional and steam, Turbo grill + rotisserie and steam and Fan Cooking and steam. The benefit of these cooking options means that moisture is maintained, meat remains tender and cooking time decreases. Furthermore, all types of food can be steamed, from meat, fish and vegetables to fruit, puddings and rice. The 1 litre water receptacle to the left of the display opens automatically at the touch of the controls and capacity is identified by a pictogram on the display, which also indicates when descaling is required.

Pyroclean – three cycles:

There are three available options to clean the oven from Intensive: 2 hours; Light: 1 hour and 45 minutes and Plus: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Cooking Guide:

From a selection of 15 pre-programmed recipes, just choose which dish you require and enter the weight of the food using the touch control Interactive Display. The oven will automatically determine the most suitable cooking method, temperature, and cooking time
