Chalon Furniture announce opening in New Zealand and Australia
Chalon is pleased to announce the immediate commencement of a partnership with Colin Wright Associates, a newly established trade agent with offices in Auckland, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia, offering service across the Asia Pacific region.
Colin Wright Associates is a consultancy specialising in the design of luxury interior spaces, for new build or refurbishments, supplying various styles of furniture to suit each individual project. Their commitment to providing the highest quality design solutions provides a complementary fit with Chalon’s product range. Colin Wright has been designing luxury interiors for over 20 years, working with some of the most reputable companies in the industry. His client portfolio consists of a number of highly discerning, high profile clientele, including projects for Jamie Oliver, David & Victoria Beckham.
With bases in Auckland and in Sydney due to go live on April 1st 2010, Colin Wright Associates’ service will cover the Asia Pacific region including, but not limited to, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Pacific Islands and the West Coast of USA.

This has already seen the beginning of a trading relationship with an agent in Oslo, Norway (Little England Design), introductory invitations to a number of hand-selected design companies in Kuwait and has been boosted by the award of funding under the UKTI’s Passport programme.
Future Chalon developments
2010 marks the 32nd year of the company being in business. Chalon UK Ltd has launched an exclusive new, handmade Lighting range as well as roll out their exclusive Chalon Interiors products to each of their showrooms.
The company has recently hosted Open Days at their King’s Road, London and Tunbridge Wells showrooms; a site for a seventh new showroom site is currently being assessed with a view to opening over the coming months.
