APPROVED Companies

We have developed our Approved Register to help Consumers find a reputable company that can offer you some fundamental assurances and peace of mind when buying a kitchen.

We do not register these companies personally and they are not our 'members'. They are companies who have these facilities in place by their membership of an existing Trade Association or Industry Body. We have collated them here to help you find a good company to work with.

You can see who provides this cover on their Company Profile page and we always recommend that you check their details carefully to ensure that you are satisfied. For extra peace of mind you can check with the association or body who regulate them.

Our minimum requirements to be listed as Approved are:

• The Approved company has been trading for at least 2 years
• That they have been trading solvently for at least 2 years 
• That they offer Deposit Protection cover
• That they are a reputable company
• That they operate from a Showroom

• An extended Guarantee
• A formal complaints procedure through their Association
• Customer Reviews and Feedback
